Evolve Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is now offering Small Group Sports Performance Training sessions.

The Evolve Small Group Training Program is designed for athletes ranging from ages 14 and up, including former athletes of all ages. Evolve strength and conditioning specialists have extensive backgrounds at the Olympic, professional, and collegiate levels. More importantly, they are Doctors of Physical Therapy, and have combined their PT knowledge and skill-set with training to enhance your sports performance experience and allow you to reach your full potential.

By implementing technical and skill-based training applications, the mission is to optimize each athlete’s performance, ensuring they’re physically, mentally, and emotionally prepared for success. While Evolve Small Group Training programs are designed to strengthen an athlete’s demand of sport, they also focus on managing their overall health. Training sessions will be held twice per week during the following days and times. If the times below do not work for you, we may be able to explore additional days and times, so please feel free to give us a call.

  • Mondays – Thursdays: 4 – 7 pm

  • Saturdays: 7 – 9:30 am
